ABHYANGAM

It includes Body Massage with Herbal Oil by hand. It will rejuvenate the body, improving vitality, blood circulation and reduces mental tension.

Duration:
45 minutes (Body massage): ₹1500/-
Traditional massage 60 minutes (Head, Face, Body): ₹2000/-
Abhyangham + Steam 1 hour: ₹2500/-

MARMA MASSAGE

MARMA MASSAGE

This is by applying pressure on the vital points (marma), muscles. The masseur applies pressure with the fingers, thumb or palm at certain points having high concentration of life energy

Duration:
60 minutes: ₹3500/-
90 metutes: ₹4000/-

KIZHI (Bundle Massage)

In this Programme herbal leaves or herbal powder are applied to the whole body in boluses with hot medicated oil. It will help to increase blood circulation and reduces body pain.

Duration:
Kizhi 1 hour: ₹3000/-
Abhyangam + Podi / Ela Kizhi 90 minutes: ₹4000/-
Abhyangam + Navara / Naranga Kizhi 90 minutes: ₹5000/-

SHIRODHARA

In this programme medicated oil is poured continuously on the forehead of the person lying supine position. It is very effective for reducing mental tension and for getting good sleep

Duration:
1 hour: ₹3000/-
Kashaya / Thakra Dhara 1 hour: ₹3500/-
